TAF Help Rising ICT Star in their Acquisition Trail
TAF have recently supported a North West based ICT specialist in the acquisition of one of their competitors. Commenting on TAF's involvement their CEO had this to say:
"TAF allowed us to release additional capital from future secured income streams allowing us the opportunity to buy our competitor without diluting any equity within our current structure. At this stage of our evolution retaining complete control was a key factor in our decision to use TAF.
